3900 Eubank – ABQ

This property is a two-building medical office park that is approximately 23,000 sq. ft. and located in the NE Heights of Albuquerque. Originally built in the 1980s by a group of dentists, both buildings have unique features that cater to medical professionals, such as raised floors, gated courtyards, covered parking and a large common area for overflow waiting and gathering areas.

We closed on the property in Q3 of 2021 and immediately got to work on overdue capital improvements and putting a leasing plan in action.

201 Coal – ABQ

201 Coal Avenue  is a 3,000 sq. ft office/retail building. It is the corporate office for the Geltmore Family of Companies. We believe in Downtown Albuquerque and moved our office to this property in late 2016 when the Imperial Building was being completed.  Geltmore leases a space in the building to Fly By Provisions, a hip curio shop with many New Mexico based products.

3222 Central – ABQ

Acquired in 2021, this property is a staple in the Nob Hill neighborhood in Albuquerque, NM. Originally constructed for the Jones Motor Car in the 1930s, the property consists of two buildings totaling roughly 14,000 sq. ft.

This property was added to the Historical Registry in the early 2000s. The former occupant, Kelly’s Brewery, closed in 2020 due to the pandemic and our friends/partners at M’tucci’s leased the property adding a fourth location to their repertoire of restaurants in Albuquerque. This location is truly a powerhouse for M’tucci’s.

The rear “shop” building was converted into their commercial commissary kitchen to service all four of their locations. The “showroom” building was converted into Bar Roma and Teddy Roe’s Speakeasy.  The project was completed and opened to the public in early Summer 2022. This property won the NAIOP New Mexico Best Hospitality Award for 2022.

4939 Pan American – ABQ

This freestanding single-tenant building was built in 2001 and is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. In 2017, Chama River Brewery went out of business and the property was put up for lease. Our partners at M’tucci’s knew this location, with its direct frontage to the I-25 Freeway, was the right spot for their first eastside location.

We created a partnership with M’tucci’s to lease the property and together funded the necessary improvements to convert it from a western themed brewery to a modern Italian cucina. M’tucci’s-25 as it is now called, opened for business in January 2020, only to be forced to close less than 45 days later due to the pandemic. Thankfully, we negotiated a great lease, and our partners came out of the pandemic better off than ever. This is currently the largest M’tucci’s restaurant in their repertoire.

701 Central NW – ABQ

Originally constructed in the 1930, this property was a Firestone Automotive facility until February 2020. In 2020, Firestone vacated the building. After an extensive due diligence process, we closed on the property in early 2023. This approximately 12,000 sq. ft. property will be the new home to Ex Novo Brewery’s first location in Albuquerque.

Equity was successfully raised for this project in late 2022 and we expect completion of construction in late 2023.  We feel strongly that this will be a catalytic project for Downtown Albuquerque and look forward to having a beer on the patio upon completion.

Kimo Park – ABQ

Purchased from the City of Albuquerque in 2021, this former City park was acquired via a sealed bid auction. The property is a fabulous location at the NE corner of San Mateo Blvd and I-40. While the property currently has little to no access, once that issue is solved, we will move forward with redeveloping the property into a service/retail-oriented development.

2808 Central SE – ABQ

Ruidoso Land

Located at the only major intersection in Ruidoso, the subject property is strategically situated at the epicenter of the major activity generators in Ruidoso. The Inn of the Mountain Gods and Casino is located approximately 5.5 miles west on US 70, the Downs at Ruidoso and Wal-Mart Supercenter are located just to the east on US 70, and downtown and Ski Apache are located to the north on Sudderth. All traffic in and out of Ruidoso passes this site. The current owners have worked with NMDOT to create a new traffic management plan to solve the issue of access to Gavilan Canyon Road and to re-build the intersection of US 70 and Sudderth by using a roundabout. While the conceptual plan has been approved by the District Engineer, the project is awaiting funding.
