Geltmore LLC is an Albuquerque-based, family owned real estate firm which develops investment property for its own account.  While the entity has been in existence since 1991, the experience of the principals dates back to 1972.  Paul L. Silverman is Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the firm. During his career, he has developed forty-four  separate projects in New Mexico and surrounding states, representing over $410 million of real estate in today’s value.  These accomplishments include a mixture of retail, office, warehouse, self-storage, hotel, restaurant, and residential projects. In addition to their real estate activities, the principals of the firm are actively involved in the community, including such organizations as the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, ICSC and numerous other civic and charitable organizations.
