This site was the Bookstar building, which was demolished and rebuilt to accommodate multiple tenant occupancy. The building footprint was reduced to better balance the floor area to the parking. An agreement was made with the City to allow us to operate the adjacent park for out door seating for the food service tenants and to re-plat to obtain ownership of part of the parking area used to support the building.
